Return Conditions: We want to ensure that your jewelry is in pristine condition. Therefore, we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged, except for custom orders and sizing requests. Custom orders, which include pieces with personalization or non-standard ring sizes, are considered FINAL SALE.

Initiating Returns or Exchanges: If you decide to exchange or return your purchase for credit, kindly notify Loren Celedonia Jewelry directly and ship the merchandise back within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please email info@lorenceledonia.com and ensure that you clearly mark this number on the outside of the package. For your protection, we recommend shipping your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post to enable tracking. Also, consider requesting adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Loren Celedonia Jewelry cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
