Domestic Orders
At Loren Celedonia Jewelry, we are committed to your satisfaction. For domestic orders, we accept returns for a full refund within 3 days of delivery, provided the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition. After 3 days, returns are no longer eligible for a refund, but we will gladly facilitate an exchange or store credit.
Please note: All international orders and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Gift cards are redeemable exclusively on our website, www.lorenceledonia.com.
Return Conditions
We can only accept items that are unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

Custom orders and personalized pieces, including non-standard ring sizes, are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sizing requests are also non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Notify Loren Celedonia Jewelry within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange.

Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing info@lorenceledonia.com. Clearly mark this number on the outside of your package.

Ship your item back using FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post with tracking. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the full value of your order.

Authorized Returns Only
All returns and exchanges must be processed directly through Loren Celedonia Jewelry. Items purchased from department stores, boutiques, or third-party online retailers cannot be returned to us.
Return Approval
Credit or exchanges will only be issued if all return instructions are followed and the merchandise meets our conditions. Loren Celedonia Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion.
